Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.
Shipping and delivery will be delayed on weekends or public holidays.
If we have a high volume of orders (such as during our promotions), shipments may be delayed for a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to inventory issues, we will contact you via email. Please keep an eye out for our official emails.

Shipment Carriers
We are committed to providing shipping services to Fimear® users worldwide, we provide optional paid logistics services. It is undertaken by three major logistics providers: DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The fastest delivery time is 5 days.
Shipping Information
Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
Note on Customs Duty Costs
Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply for shipments to certain countries. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these charges in advance. If any customs fees apply, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 business days at support@fimear.com
For damages caused by the shipping company, including lost packages, damaged packages, damages caused by delays, and other losses, we will help you contact the responsible shipping company. Please keep all packages and damaged goods, as they may be needed in the event of a claim against the shipping company.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
How are customs duties and import taxes handled?
All cross-border shipments are to pass through customs clearance. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. Customs duties and taxes vary in different countries.
Fimear® is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
